The Importance of Daily Decisions

A Compound Effect

Your daily decisions matter more than you give them credit for.

The life you have today is the result of the sum of all the small, seemingly insignificant decisions you made in the past.

How “successful” you are.

What you have achieved.

How much you weigh.

The quality of your relationships.

How you feel – physically, mentally, emotionally.

Your health and vitality, or lack thereof.

Everything in your life is a result of a decision.

The good.

The bad.

The ugly.

All were created from your decisions.

It’s All Connected

These are just a few ways this shows up, but your daily decisions permeate all areas of your life.

We tend to believe that improvement and change happens in one fell swoop.

And sometimes there’s a catastrophic life event that inspires that great change.

But typically great change results from small, simple, consistent, daily decisions.

The quality of your life is the result of the quality of your daily decisions.

How are you making your decisions?

Are they intentional?

Are they rushed?

Are they past or future focused?

When you take responsibility for your decisions that means you have the power to create change.

To decide differently.

To create different results.

On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your current decisions? Your decision making process?

Are you making decisions for yourself or are you delegating that power to someone else?

The Sum of Our Daily Decisions

Change is created with intention.

Change is created in shifting our daily habits of thinking and acting.

Change is created in seemingly boring, small, incremental progress that adds up significantly over time.

Change is created in our decisions.

You’re only one decision away from a completely different life.
